March was an extra sweet month! Here are the chronicles of month three of 2023!
“Yours, Lord, is the greatness & the power & the glory & the splendor & the majesty, for everything in the heavens & on earth belongs to you. Yours, Lord, is the kingdom, & you are exalted as head over all. Riches & honor come from you, & you are the ruler of everything. Power & might is in your hand, & it is in your hand to make great & to give strength to all. Now therefore, our God, we give you thanks & praise your glorious name.”
– 1 Chronicles 29:11-13
The Lent season continued, as did my “Your People Forever” study by She Reads Truth. I loved this intentional way celebrate towards Easter!
Celebrate Your Name Week – March 5th-11th
Ever wonder how this blog got its name? You probably know by now that this whole thing started because of a class assignment in college. When I landed on diy celebrations as the topic, confetti needed to be in the name. My roomie & I had been watching the show “Reign” so she threw out the idea of “Confetti Rain”, I countered with “Confetti Reign”, & voila! Confetti Reign was born! Still obsessed with the logo my sister-by-love designed for me! What’s the story behind your name?

National Cereal Day – March 7th
I’m all about cereal for breakfast but cereal for dinner just hits different, amirite? The Confetti Bar has a fabulous ‘101 Things to do with Confetti’ magazine with allllll the confetti inspo! Eat confetti for breakfast is one of them! 😉 Definitely a joke but when you think about it, confetti is the cereal of parties so there’s that!

Pi Day – March 14th
I’m a big ‘ol fan of Pi Day because well…pie! I recently watched “Pushing Daisies” which made me crave pie every episode (iykyk) so this day satisfied my craving!

St. Patrick’s Day – March 17th
This guy really was a saint! Read about his origins & life here! Treasure hunting for green snacks in the store made creating this board a true treasure hunt! (I’m pretty proud of my pickled okra shamrock.)

First Day of Spring – March 20th
Spring! Spring! Spring!!! I anticipate watching the blooms bud every year! And I love Magnolia’s display for the season this year.

Grove Conference/Girls Weekend
The next two things are not national holidays but they were happy happy reasons to celebrate! First up, a conference & fun with two of my college besties! Passion City Church knows how to throw a party! From the decor to goodies to friendly faces, this details-noticing, atmosphere-loving gal, was in heaven!

Ben Rector Concert
My first concert at the Ryman! And it was SO GOOD!
